What We Offer

Six programs. One goal: care that meets you where you are.

Each program is designed around a real stage of life or crisis, because mental health support should never be one-size-fits-all.

Early Intervention

Depression Awareness and Early Help-Seeking

At Integrated Community Mental Health Services, we believe that recognizing the signs of depression is the first step toward healing. We provide accessible resources to help you identify symptoms early and offer clear guidance on how to reach out for support. You don't have to navigate these feelings alone; early intervention is a cornerstone of our commitment to your wellness.

Crisis Response

Suicide Prevention and Crisis Support

If you are in distress, please know that help is available right now. This program focuses on immediate crisis intervention, safety planning, and connecting individuals with the urgent, compassionate care they need. Integrated Community Mental Health Services is dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for those experiencing suicidal thoughts and supporting their loved ones through their most difficult moments.

Education & Recovery

Substance-Use Awareness

Understanding the complex relationship between mental health and substance use is vital to long-term well-being. We offer education on the impacts of substance use, resources for harm reduction, and pathways to sustained recovery. Our goal at Integrated Community Mental Health Services is to reduce stigma and empower you with the knowledge to make informed decisions for a healthier, more balanced life.

Trauma-Informed Care

Trauma, Grief, and Conflict-Related Mental Health

Processing trauma, loss, or the lasting effects of conflict requires specialized, sensitive care. This program offers dedicated support for those navigating the heavy weight of grief or the psychological impact of distressing life events. We provide the tools necessary for coping, healing, and rebuilding a sense of safety, stability, and hope.

Youth & Family

Youth and Adolescent Mental Health

The teenage years are a period of significant growth and unique challenges. We provide mental health resources tailored specifically for young people, focusing on emotional regulation, healthy relationships, and managing school-related stress. Integrated Community Mental Health Services also offers guidance for parents and caregivers to better support the emotional and mental well-being of the youth in their lives.

Postpartum Support

Maternal Mental Health

The transition to motherhood brings profound physical and emotional changes. We provide specialized support for those experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety, or the general stressors of new parenthood. Our program offers a compassionate environment to address maternal mental health, ensuring that mothers receive the care, validation, and community support they deserve during this transformative time.
